Odds and evens investigation

 Today, we've been investigating which numbers are odd and which are even. The children went into the mud kitchen area and counted out flowers, sticks, bugs etc. then split each number of objects into 2 groups to see if they could be shared equally. They then recorded their findings and looked for patterns.
