Chinese restaurant

 This afternoon, the Bears set up their own Chinese restaurant. They made vegetable Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour noodles. First, they prepared the ingredients, chopping, peeling and grating the vegetables including: garlic, ginger, spring onions, peppers and carrots.

  


 

Next, they added the vegetables to the pan and added oil, sauce and then mixed it all together. 

  

The children then took turns to stir the ingredients in the pan then added the noodles. When the noodles were ready the 'waiters' served the food to the customers.


The Bears then all tucked in to their freshly prepared meal- some children used chop sticks!

         
                        


                             


After our feast, the children washed and dried the equipment, showing fantastic teamwork!
